Agreement

By downloading or using Expenly, you agree to be bound by Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA), available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula, as well as the terms on this page.

License

Expenly grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices you own or control, subject to the App Store Terms of Service.

Subscription

Expenly is free to download. A subscription is required to access all features beyond the free trial. Subscription details:

  • Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription in your iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  • No refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

User Content

All expense data you enter in Expenly is stored locally on your device and belongs entirely to you. Expenly makes no claim to any data you create within the app.

Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Attempt to circumvent any in-app purchase or subscription

Disclaimer of Warranties

Expenly is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Financial decisions you make based on data in Expenly are entirely your responsibility. Expenly is a record-keeping tool, not financial advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
